btw-people in CA do get mad at ya for riding in the street... i have had fists shaken at me and old men yellin' (and i was clearly on the side of the road) but that was in the days of critical mass in SF - and those old people thought anyone in spandex on wheels was bad.
Good luck in the race, or should i say 'break a leg'? that doesn't seem like a good line before a bike race... what should one say???
