singing happy birthday to daddy. after we sang sam kept screaming, "i like it, i like it". i think he was referring to the fire in the middle of the cake. we have a little bit of a pyro on our hands.

baby thug teton (his rapper name) is 21 months old today.
you know how everyone says, "oh, they grow up so fast"... well, they aren't lying.

whenever jon gets on the ground for his yoga moves sam jumps on his back, and proceeds to bounce. its very calming and zen-like, kinda like the boxer yoga wear jon is sporting.

sam got his first haircut today. i just trimmed up the sides, and nipped his ear in the process. now he hates ALL scissors.


after taking a bath we let sam do some "dancing" naked. (i hope he doesn't turn out to be a hippy because of this). sometimes he does a little dance and then decides he wants to get on his wooden horse aunt sara gave him. it cracks me up every time. this time i happened to have my camera in his room, so i captured the moment.


going EXTREME!

yesterday was the first day sam has ever had a temperature. it was 100.3 easter night and has slowly gone down from there. i can't believe how crappy he looks and feels. i think this is officially his first time being really sick.

sam not quite sure about this easter egg hunting thing. when i told him it is time to go hunt for easter eggs he said, deer? maybe daddy is brainwashing him a bit too much.

later in the day we went to madre and padre's house. by the way, sam has named them mago and pago, so from here on out, that is their name. hope it isn't too confusing.
