sam had swim lessons the other day, and i bought him a bathing suit. i figured the suit would last us through summer, looks like i was right since right now they are more like capris. come summer it may actually fit.

I took sam to the park today and we were the only ones there.

sam had his first swim class today, and it was so crazy and hectic that i forgot to take pictures. he did really well and has excelled in the splashing department. he's the youngest one there, and of course the bestest one too. he only threw up boulder city pool water twice when he got home.

team ride

yesterday was the first team ride of the year. we stuck to the denver bike paths (aka no cars) since we were pulling two babies. the bike paths was surprisingly fun for someone that's never been on that particular bike path before.

i was lucky enough to get in a "long ride" today with sparky, jenna, and anne. long rides used to consist of 3-4 hours with a coffee shop stop somewhere along the way. now a "long ride" is a hammerfest and last about 2 hours.

i can't seem to keep my eyes off the pool boy.

sam took his first visit to the sporting clay range the other day. here he is checking out the shooters while wearing his "junior" protective ear coverings with daddy. oh, and he is sporting some david koresh and or unibomber baby sunglasses that we found too.


hooking me up with a shotgun. i don't really enjoy shooting guns, but let me tell you... shooting clay birds is right up my alley. this is good old fashioned fun, people.

so i've been without internet service for like a week. (aside from a blackberry used for updating my facebook status) i am sorry the blog suffered, i will now work on getting it back on track.
