sweet jumps
tonight sara had a surprise party at the boulder velodrome for her boyfriend, doug. it was the AWESOMEST bday party ever. i actually got in a really good 45 minute workout and then consumed pizza and cupcakes.

cookies for everyone
kenny, alex, sam and i took a chariot stroll up to the boulder velodrome. it is so funny to watch the kiddos follow the cyclist going round and round and round. after watching for a little bit the kids hung out on the floor and we ate cookies. look at alex's face, she really wants that cookie. also, note the kids are wearing dopers suck wrist bands just to let the local folk know where they stand on the issue.
and yes, alex has way more hair than her boyfriend, sam.

granny nanny
jon's mom has been staying with us for the past couple of days and has been a HUGE help. jon and i are officially getting into shape for the season, and we owe it all to the madre.

snow, what snow? it was beautiful this morning! in the pic it looks like my training partners are racing each other, but really they were just getting up the backside of lee hill. i was doing the paperboy weave since my legs are kinda toasty. we all had such a fun time, most of our conversation was complaining about something or other, but boy, it was fun.
