well, crash has done it again. ms. lauren went down in the ft. collins criterium yesterday with a "clean break" to the collar bone. i was in front of her and looked back and saw her and her bike flying through the air. now for the good news, she didn't tear her shorts, and her bike is perfect. lauren will heal, but $5000 bikes and $60 shorts don't! get well soon. the denver poke girls need you and your ultra-high vo2 max!
