the dough is rising
okay, this time i decided to follow the directions in the manual for wheat bread and this is the most thick, fiberous, heavy, brick-like bread i have ever had. note to self, (and others) just buy the stuff in the box in the store and dump it in the machine.

i want some fiber! maybe i need a bread maker too... wait i have to get a roomba first... hmm...
