bfisk's crazy days

leah, of eat your fiber fame on right, came up from l.a. for the day. she brought with her some of the trends that she is trying to bring back such as fanny pack friday, what she calls her side saddler, we call it a fanny pack.

here we all are at the ellwood monarch butterfly craziness, too bad we only saw four. (click here for more info on the monarchs) i think we were a bit off course on our search. so we just took a hike out to the bluff and decided we wanted to go skateboarding.

leah brought her board from home, and jon and i bought each other boards for valentines day. (since we've been wanting some since we were down in san diego, we figured they would be good gifts) i got a fast long cruiser board and jon opted for the more shapely short trick board.
