after 80 miles on the bike saturday sam gave mommy and daddy a massage. it's a zen therapy type of massage where he bangs on your back as hard as he can and laughs the whole time. then he pulls on your hair and starts playing with your nose. it's all the rage on the west coast, and it's catching on fast in colorado.

I've heard of infant massage before, but really, I had no idea. Do you think it's too late to teach Axel? I have this tightness near my left shoulder blade...
