some of you may know that i broke my c7 vertebrae and the opposing ligament along my spine at my bike race last saturday. i am blessed to be okay, and also blessed to have such great family and friends helping me out during this down time. thanks everyone!

Jon told me about your injury. I am very sorry to hear that, but glad it was not worse. As a pretty new parent myself, I can only imagine how hard things are. Good luck and i wish you a speedy recovery.
