you know what is really lame... someone STOLE jon's brand new wheels at hugo. i honestly thought we bike racers could be trusted not to steal an $800 pair of wheels. i have now lost all trust in the "wheels in / wheels out" method. since it seems it is now "no wheels in /steal wheels out".
to who ever stole jon's wheels...karma's a bitch.

Seriously lame - but thanks for the compliment on the photo's. Since I can't race right now I figured that for all the times people cheered for me the least I can do is get the pics and cheer them on.
Yup, I think Hugo confirmed in many ways that Karma is quite the biznatch.
Are there a lot of these wheels in the peleton? If not, I can't imagine the a-hole who stole them having the cojones to actually ride the wheels. More than likely, they will be sold. Keep an eye on eBay, roadbikereview classifieds, etc.
When you think how easy it is for some poser to just show up at races and start picking up wheels, it's amazing this doesn't happen more than it does. I hate it when the wheel guys just throw the wheels somewhere after the race and then take off without making sure those the put wheels in are the only ones taking them.
They weren't even my wheels, but this infuriates me!! If you guys figure out who did it, call me. I know some people.
