another day of m.t.b.'in in bc. sara, jon's sister joined us for the ride.
i saw a lot of the back of their jerseys today during the climbs.
after the ride popi and i went on another serious training hike.
we are calling this "fat camp 2007 - july 4th edition" because i am getting in two-a-days. bike in the morning and hike in the evening. i am getting a little tired.
