i bought these skinny cow ice cream sandwiches at costco yesterday. it says 0 grams trans fats. then i read the box.

the "partial h bomb" is like the fifth ingredient. can someone explain this to me? how can they say 0 trans fats?

If it's under a certain amount (I think .5g) they can say no trans fat.

actually if its under .5g, they can say "og trans fat" because they round to the nearest .5g on the nutritional label. But for them to say "no trans fat," there actually has to be none.

Yep, and all they have to do is decrease the serving size enough to be able to list trans fat as 0g. 0g Trans Fat means 0g per serving. It's a big game they play.
