the weather forecast said rainy and cold. i am so glad they were wrong, and i got to go out on a ride with captain t and jon. 2nd day of training, really it should be the 3rd, but i took yesterday off...
jon brought this home from his man trip in new mexico with my dad and brother (thanks todd for gutting it for us). i stuffed it with lemons, basil, italian parsley, almonds and then salt and pepper. it was quite good, and i don't even like trout.
