where's judge judy when you need her?

my conversation with the little man at the watch galaxy off of folsom in boulder. (what i now call the watch galaxy of crap)

little man: hello, miss beth?
me: yes
lm: it seems that i have broken the knob on your watch.
me: well, can you fix it?
lm: yes.
me: great then go ahead and work on it.
lm: yes but, it will be $97.00 or so.
me: wait, wait, the watch was fine when it went into the shop and then you just said you broke it.
lm: yes, this kind of thing happens all the time.
me: well fix it free of charge since you broke it.
lm: i cannot do that.

so the bottom line is don't go to the watch galaxy on folsom. the guy sucks, and he breaks expensive watches.

i wish judge judy or judge wapner lived in the denver/boulder area, cause i would be taking this thing straight to prime time small claims court.

you should contact the better business bureau, and let the little man know, maybe he will change his mind.
