margell and i headed out for lung busting sanitas today and when we got to the top we found our buddy trish. (i guess she ran up the other side and it was just a coinkydink that we saw her at the top)
the girls shuffling back down on ice and snow. luckily i wore some polar cleats but another great way get away with ice hiking/running is making yourself a special screw shoe. (check it out, it's pretty cool)
