kendra and i did the pregnant woman power walk up lookout mountain watching the bike racers along the way. kendra demonstrates the power walk above.
first woman up the climb, amy d. good thing she didn't come around the corner any sooner because she would have seen pregnant woman kendra hanging off the guardrail urinating.
the hike down was much more enjoyable than the pavement hike up.
