i started going to boulder boot camp yesterday with my friend cyndi. much to our surprise boot camp has nothing to do with shoes or even boots for that matter.
From Cyndi's mom; Cyndi has started to walk backwards down her stairs at home, as it has become easier on her legs after her days at "Boot Camp". Hope to meet you some time! Maybe at a race. Robbin :>)
